2025 wrapped up with the final procedure of the multi-center RCT comparing Bolt to legacy CT-base navigation with principal investigator Mark Arts.
Thanks also to Drs. Wolfs, Bouma and van Susante for their dictation and commitment in participating in the Bolt study. 130 patients randomized just prior to surgery into CT-nav or Bolt treatment with a post placement CT-spin. Accuracy of the 564 screws placed is determined by an independent radiologist blinded to the treatment arm. The resulted will be presented in May at the ISSLS and we anticipate an excellent outcome similar to what was seen in the Phase 1 study published last year in The Spine Journal.
Next generation handheld navigation is available in Europe, the U.S. and Mexico with the data to back up its accuracy. Improve accuracy and operational efficiency and reduce radiation exposure and cost.
